Picture of the blogs owner

It's a shame we don't talk more about the thought processes that goes on before the code is pushed to github. There is this gap between an idea and the ready-made product. I have an unhealthy interest in what happens in that gap.

My mission is to read and document things that improve the craft of programming.

New posts

I'll tweet new posts here:

I looked into getting a newsletter but there were off putting words like marketing and customer interaction so I dropped it.

A lo-fi option to a newsletter is to use an RSS-to-email service:

Or if you still rock an RSS client then there are updates via the raw RSS feed: https://iamjonas.me/atom.xml

Boring background

I've been coding since early 90-ies.
I've been coding and getting paid for it since mid 00-ies.
I run my own freelancing business because I get to be my own boss.
I call my blog-posts articles because it sounds more pompous.
I have this one-man melodic death metal orchestra.
I've take an a blood oath to choose quality over quantity.

Best way to reach me is at jonasl@iamjonas.me

I reply but it might take a few days.
I use other social media sparingly so expect longer round-trip times there.
